The Forest Kitchen is my dream come true. A food forest mature enough to allow me to offer fantastic meals using forest plants, ancient recipies, the freshest seafood and meats cooked underground 18 hours in a 1000 years old traditional way.
What's on the menu? I do not know yet. I get whatever is seasonal, beautiful and available at the farmers market and the catch of the day from Puntarenas market.
