ChocoTour was founded by Chef Alex with a simple idea:
combine the fascinating world of cacao with food, culture, nature, health and the regeneration of the land.
Chef Alex has spent years exploring food traditions, chocolate-making and the relationship between people and nature.
His approach is hands-on, curious and deeply connected to the ingredients themselves.
At ChocoTour, he invites you to experience cacao not simply as chocolate —
but as a living plant, an amazing food, a cultural treasure and
part of a much bigger story.
Choco Tour was born from a desire to blend the art of chocolate-making with a commitment to preserving the environment.
Every step of our tour reflects this vision, from our immersive cacao experiences, supporting the native cacao growing communities, to our dedication to protecting the food forest we call home.

CHOCOLATE WITH A PURPOSE
At Choco Tour we have a mission: Regenerate the forest.
When you visit the ChocoTour, your contribution goes into regeneration this piece of land applying 2 concepts:
PERMACULTURE or Permanent agriculture and
AGROFORESTRY, agriculture based on the patterns of the forest.
We are making a FOOD FOREST with fruits and veggies and medicinal plants, not only for us, but also for the creatures of the forest.
The monkeys, the scarlet macaws, the birds, the woodpeckers and the squirrels have their favorite food available.
